Pajaris is committed to maintain a relationship of trust and transparency, so we accept your return, whether by defect, size, dissatisfaction or any other reason.
1. Our deadline for exchanges is 30 calendar days after receipt of the product.
2. Request an exchange through e-mail (email@example.com) & let us know what the order number is.
3. Once the request is processed, Pajaris will send an e-mail informing the address to which you must send the product.
4. The customer should go to the Post Office and send the product to Pajaris, with shipping costs under the customer’s responsibility.
5. Once Pajaris receives the product, check the merchandise and approve the exchange, you can access the site and choose the new product to be purchased.
6. The shipping charge for the new product will be under the company's responsibility.
Before making your exchange request, it is important to remember that:
- We will not accept products that have been used or damaged.
- Products must be in original condition with original tag and hygiene seal remaining in place
- Must be inside the original box (if you no longer have the box, the merchandise must be returned using another protective box, ensuring the integrity of the product)
If you wish to return the purchased product, notify Pajaris within 7 days from the date of delivery of the items, through our email: firstname.lastname@example.org by indicating the number of the order.
Once the request is processed, Pajaris will send an email informing the address to which you must send the product.
*Noting that in case of return, Pajaris can send a shipping label & the label cost will be withheld from their refunded amount for shipping & handling.
In the event of a product defect, the product will undergo an analysis and, if it proves defective, the customer may decide to be refunded of the full value of the product or use the credit to choose a new product on our website.
